Global Recruitment Customer Fulfillment Operations is seeking a Research Scientist to utilize statistical analysis and machine-learning abilities in order to understand complex issues, have fast and accurate data-driven decisions. Utilize statistical approaches, including experimental design and hypothesis testing, to create cutting-edge machine learning solutions that address difficult business questions. We are open to receiving candidates to work from one of the following locations: Luxembourg, LUX Basic Qualifications, or a PhD in STEM (science, technology, engineering or math) related fields of ability to communicate orally and in writing, these cases are important and have a significant impact on the results and conclusions of the discussion. Abilities with Excel (PowerQuery, Data Analysis, Pivot Tables), Postgre SQL, Python (Pandas, Numpy)). Experience in the design of experiments, A and B, and hypothesis testing, statistical modeling. Experience conducting investigations into the potential applications of scientific principles and concepts to business issues and products (for example, use statistics to address complex business problems). Adequate knowledge of common machine-learning approaches (facultative, mandatory). Experience having a dynamic, mobile work environment in a geographically spread technical and non- technical teams. Technologically interested, ambitious, and versatile. The capacity to prioritize projects, manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously, and complete projects within tight deadlines. Historical record of successful communication and data presentation, including the capacity to successfully communicate with both business and technical teams globally. Preferred Qualifications having a deep understanding of Excel (PowerQuery, Data Analysis,Pivot Tables ), PostgreSQL, and Python for data analysis (Pandas, Numpy), visualizations (Matplotlib, Seaborn), and models (Scikit-learn, Scipy, PyTorch, and Global Recruitment). Experience in managing scientific projects that are e⚠e on the AWS platform Having a strong grasp on the Global Recruitment operations and metrics associated with learning and development. Extraordinary communication abilities, which translate technical knowledge into practical recommendations for executives and supervisors, and the capacity to adapt communication to different audiences and stakeholders.
