Job Description:

As a Regional Reliability Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability of the milling and bakery sector at specific sites in the defined region.

• Analyze and improve existing maintenance strategies
• Lead strategic improvement projects
• Implement and maintain maintenance plans
• Collaborate with local Technical Service Managers and Engineering Teachers
• Execute the maintenance philosophy of La Lorraine Bakery
• Establish and implement Continuous Improvement processes
• Ensure engineering projects focus on reliability

Requirements:

• Technical educational background
• ⚠ to ⚠ years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance
• Knowledge of reliability engineering methods and tools
• Background in the food industry or multi-faceted environments
• Experience in conflict resolution and team management
