Job Description: Regional F&A Manager/Senior Controller

Location: Lummen region, Belgium

Reporting to: Group Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy of accounting for South region of Europe monthly
• Propose ideas to improve financial processes
• Participate in crucial tasks and projects for the group
• Communicate between IT and Finance processes
• Assist in post-merger integration of new entities
• Aggregate different entities in the region for a global perspective
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses related to various business aspects
• Provide financial and accounting support for M&A transactions, greenfield projects, and new companies in Southern Europe region

Requirements:

• Financial or economic-based background
• Minimum ⚠ years of relevant experience
