About the role:
As the "CEO" of the Account Portfolio, you are the most important point of contact for our mid-sized industrial B⚠B clients; responsible for overall managing the overall relationships and growth of the business in terms of volume and profitability. The main segments you will operate are confectionery and bakery, followed by dairy products and ice cream. In order to achieve your goals, you must fully understand your customers' needs. This allows you to create relevance and value through a consultative approach. You will route sales leads, customer feedback and information about competitor activity or other market information to appropriate contacts within the company so they can respond to changing market conditions and customer needs. You know how to build bridges between different departments in a multinational company (R&D, technical support, pricing, customer support, etc.). You will develop an annual business plan and prioritize and plan your activities to ensure objectives are met. Promoting innovation and expanding the specialist product portfolio together with customers through a regional account approach is key to continued, long-term value creation. Focus, perseverance and creativity are the main engines of your growth. Your primary responsibilities include achieving the account's business objectives under your direct responsibility, within the regional account's functional scope guidelines. Develop and maintain business relationships with these accounts and work with Sales Manager and other departments to develop account plans. Empower, motivate and inspire internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals. Execute sales activities to achieve the sales budget and sales targets within the sales territory to achieve commercial objectives: Follow up with sales contacts; Prospecting; Conduct regular customer visits; Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and services; Respond to customer inquiries; Negotiate Price and delivery time, track the raw material market and sign purchase contracts to achieve sales targets. Recommends sales improvements and new ways to reach actual and potential customers within the sales territory. Actively communicate goals, accounts and product availability regularly to the sales team, sales managers and other departments within the organization. Ensure forecasted availability at the highest customer level and communicate with internal demand planners and delivery teams. Actively develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships and ensure professional Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Experience in internal commercial rules and commercial law when negotiating and executing commercial agreements and contract bookings with clients. Ensure knowledge and expertise within subject areas are kept up to date and relevant. Verify the accuracy and appropriateness of data used and ensure data output is relevant and of high quality, such as B. reporting and analysis. Actively communicate market/customer information and feedback to managers and colleagues as well as other relevant departments. Actively expand your knowledge and expertise and ensure awareness of global BC organizations.

About you:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Sales and Marketing. Knowledge of the chocolate/food industry is an advantage. Fluent in English + local language. Be open to frequent business travel. Familiar with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
