Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with B&O Connect and RPO WilsonHCG
• Lead a team of ⚠+ across Recruiting, Sourcing, Administration, and Early Careers
• Develop and improve recruitment strategies
• Achieve and surpass recruitment goals
• Coach, mentor, and train team members
• Manage team leads and drive performance
• Act as a market expert in sourcing and networking
• Facilitate employee concerns and performance appraisal
• Ensure team awareness of metrics and SLAs
• Collaborate with Sr. Leadership, clients, and external participants
• Report metrics, analyze data, and communicate results to the team

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, Dutch, or French
• Ability to articulate expectations and goals
• Lead through metrics and possess business knowledge
