Recruitment Officer - No prospection

Our client, a global distributor of IT products, services and solutions, is actively seeking a recruitment officer to join its Brussels team.

You will be responsible for managing the company's recruitment process and developing a candidate pool to meet future needs.

Conduct interviews and provide technical challenges to candidates.

You analyze the market and customer needs.

You draft and defend contract proposals for clients.

They negotiate deals at the executive level.

You monitor client and project follow-up.

Reporting and Procurement.

Maintain database Participate in daily meetings with colleagues.

You have at least a bachelor's degree.

They speak Dutch and French, English is an advantage.

You are organized, flexible and passionate.

You have excellent communication skills and are a good listener.

You are also results-oriented and customer-oriented.

You are a team player and show initiative.
