You will be part of the Herent team and will focus on the development of the region as a whole, alongside your colleagues. Your duties will include the following tasks:

• You have a nose for and creative mind that facilitates the identification and bring in of commercial opportunities in the Leuven region;
• You search the job market and bring in the Leuven talents that best fit your vacant positions in portfolio;
• You are a facilitator between client and candidate. You amalgamate the demands and requirements of all parties involved;
• You enjoy discovering the "story behind the story". Conduct in-depth interviews? Know what talents and abilities your candidate has? You can;
• You deduce the gaps between what people want and what they need. You're aware of what your clients want and need, and provide the most effective solution to their concerns. You function as a true #hiring partner;
• You seek out human contact in various forms: commercial interactions, coaching, job opportunities, events... this is what inspires you. You're fluent in multiple languages, which means that you can assist both candidates and clients in their native languages.

Requirements:

• Intense knowledge of Dutch, extensive knowledge of French and English
• Understanding of Human Resources and sales languages
• Permanent license to drive in Belgium
• Positive attitude and ability to connect with people
