Campus Recruiter

Location: Zaventem

One of our partners in Zaventem is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join their team. The company has been steadily growing and is now expanding nationally and internationally. As a Campus Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent team, working with diverse individuals dedicated to identifying and selecting future talent.

Your tasks will include:

• Collaborating with Hiring Managers to develop recruitment strategies
• Attending job fairs to recruit junior employees
• Overseeing onboarding processes
• Building a network of external partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
• Experience in HR management or recruitment
• Fluency in French, English, and Dutch
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Resilience and problem-solving abilities
