Position: Quality Operations Officer

Location: Brussels-based Pfizer's Country Office (Boulevard de la Plaine ⚠, Ixelles)

Contract Duration: ⚠ year (Home and site hybrid contracts)

Main Responsibilities:

• Management of Quality Assurance activities and administrative tasks
• Handling product quality complaints from Belgian and Luxembourg markets
• Reviewing documentation for returns, relabeling, and packaging operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry or related fields
• Organizational, analytical, and written skills
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
