As Head of QFS Operations, you will deliver on our commitment to consumers and customers at the four affected Global Recruitment production sites (Belgium, France and the UK). Everywhere, every day! You are an analytical people manager who leads our quality team in a pragmatic manner. The QFS Operations Manager reports to the International QFS Director. You will be responsible for developing the QFS roadmap in coordination with production sites and relevant Global Recruitment stakeholders to ensure delivery of high quality products and compliance with regulatory and Global Recruitment QFS standards throughout operations. They contribute to the overall performance of our company. You lead the implementation of the QFS program in the facility. You coordinate established action plans to achieve annual QFS goals. You implement, maintain and improve our QFS management system (including documentation). You coordinate QFS capital expenditures to ensure compliance and regulatory compliance. You coordinate internal audits (e.g. FSI and laboratory audits) You successfully obtain all relevant certifications (e.g. FSSC ⚠/Private Label). They provide facilities with technical support and expertise on QFS nonconformance events, root cause analysis and corrective action plans. You will develop and share best practice across the Quality and Operations network and provide advice based on your experience and expertise. You coordinate the QFS reporting process (e.g. metrics such as complaints, non-quality costs, etc.). You will monitor/coordinate projects within QFS (including productivity and digital projects). You will coach and coach their respective local site quality leaders to achieve consistent and strong quality performance. You build a bridge between the quality teams in our production facilities. They provide trust and guidance. They encourage consumer/customer-focused critical thinking. You set high standards for yourself and your team to ensure exceptional execution and service levels. You will maintain a sustainable quality culture by coordinating iCare programs across the facility to increase employee engagement and empowerment. You lead by example and let your words be heard throughout the organization. You have a Master's degree in Bioengineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent and at least ⚠ years' experience in a quality management position (with ultimate responsibility) in the food industry. Strong communication skills empower, inspire and delight employees throughout your organization. Demonstrated experience initiating and coordinating change within an organization. You are open-minded, but also critical. Communicate your message clearly and concisely. QFS management systems, methods and tools have no secrets for you (PRP, HACCP, RCA,...). You have a strong analytical and problem-solving mentality. You build bridges within the organization. They speak English fluently. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage. You are ready to travel.
