Quality Assurance Lead


Overview As part of Global Recruitment Industry Solution Delivery, Central Solution and Risk Management (CSRM) works within the Delivery Excellence organization to ensure effective solution finding, assessment and delivery monitoring by applying lessons learned to reduce risk and improve the business Quality of design and project execution, providing early warning, resolving delivery issues and implementing a comprehensive quality certification program. Quality Assurance Managers play a key role in the lifecycle management of Global Recruitment's service contracts with customers. The Quality Assurance Supervisor works closely with local sales, tracking supervisors, architects and in consultation with project managers when necessary to support business opportunities from qualification to contract signing. As part of the implementation, the Head of Quality Assurance will provide risk management and quality assurance services for selected projects, the scope of which is subject to contract conditions. The Quality Assurance Director should also provide a timely portfolio of assessments, insights, and recommended actions to the delivery organization. The Quality Assurance Lead will liaise closely with transaction-related stakeholders at all levels of the organization throughout the pre-sales process and delivery execution and be the focal point for quality/risk management of the field team.

Skills and abilities. In addition to proficiency in English, fluency in French is also important given the expected subject area coverage. Training and Certification: Extensive technical project/program management experience, including quality assurance/risk management experience on large, complex enterprise projects. Quality certification expertise (e.g. ISO, CMMI, Six Sigma) preferred. PMP (PMI) or risk-related certification preferred Business Administration or IT Management degree, preferred location/travel: You can work in France, Belgium or Switzerland. You may be required to travel ⚠% for quality assessments, coaching, and liaison with local/regional management. Flexible arrangements, including remote working, are available for project calls and meetings where assignments change.

Responsibilities: We are looking for someone with experience evaluating and mitigating risk and quality for multi-million dollar digital transformation opportunities during pre-sales and delivery. You must demonstrate a strong track record of business risk assessment and delivery monitoring. Additional experience in complex project management and delivery verification, project profit and loss management, project financial reporting, budget and resource planning, scheduling, risk management and project stabilization is essential. Experience working with Azure and working with relevant stakeholders in the field is an advantage. You have experience building strong and trusted C-level relationships and have an in-depth understanding of IT project governance, contract development, negotiation and vendor management. Your previous customer relations experience is also important, as you may be required to work with different customer stakeholders.

Risk management and quality assurance during delivery. Work closely with regional teams to assess and monitor overall quality in delivery processes. Identify root causes and drive corrective action. Develop and maintain regular risk assessments of deliverables. Such risk assessments are based on quality assurance reviews and the potential business impact of the risk on anticipated revenue from our service contracts (i.e., quantification of possible cost overruns and/or missed ACR milestones). Identify and capture best practice (lessons learned) in delivery activities and present these as business lessons learned within the quality community, area/area management and encourage reuse where relevant. Provide advanced quality assurance services, the depth and scope of which depend on the risk exposure of the project. In addition to quality assurance and risk assessment, such services may include: coordination of the impact of changes, escalation management, resource and scheduling support, contract traceability, customer dialogue on risk and quality or planning and measures for project stabilization. Where appropriate, provide early warning of emerging risks and impacts and establish regional and regional audit committees to raise awareness and focus on relevant remediation.

Risk management and quality assurance during pre-sales period. Review the quality of the business design approach against established methodologies, testing methods, governance models, expected business performance, lessons learned (from pre-sales and delivery) and other quality assurance techniques and provide recommended course corrections where necessary. Develop and maintain transaction risk assessments at every step of 🔗 risk assessments are based on quality assurance reviews and the potential business impact of the risk on anticipated revenue from our service contracts (i.e., quantification of possible cost overruns and/or missed ACR milestones). Identify and capture best practices (lessons learned) during pre-sales, make them available as business insights within the quality community, area/area management, and encourage reuse where relevant. If significant risks are identified during the pre-sale period, contact the sponsor and other executives relevant to the business to facilitate internal coordination of these risks and related mitigations. Whenever requested by the Pursuit team, engage with clients during contract negotiations to support the review of contract collateral and, more broadly, of potential risks (and mitigations) that may arise during delivery.

Portfolio Management, Community and Collaboration promotes and supports the creation of consistency, adoption and integration of quality standards into Global Recruitment's processes, policies, rules, guidelines and systems. Assist in the development and optimization of risk and quality assurance processes and practices within and external to CSRM. Coordinate closely with the Regional QA Manager, regional teams, or other departments within Delivery Excellence to help develop programmatic actions to address systemic risks or issues within the portfolio. Create and deliver Monthly Business Review (MBR) content relevant to the region and/or regional delivery portfolio. Participate in internal portfolio reviews to analyze deployment patterns, deployment insights and prioritize key projects to be covered in deployments. Actively participate in quality, risk and delivery communities and related initiatives. Supports the Director of Quality Assurance in participating in pre-sales and delivery as appropriate.
