Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure quality and food safety standards
• Advocate for quality principles among colleagues, customers, and suppliers
• Provide customers with quality-related information and assistance
• Manage technical sheets and documentation for raw materials and packaging
• Collaborate with the QESH team and assist in quality system maintenance
• Implement a new ERP system
• Handle customer feedback and quality issues, reporting to the QESH manager

Requirements:

• Degree in a scientific field
• Experience in quality assurance preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Basic knowledge of French and English
