Job Opening: Quality Advisor at Global Recruitment Blaton

We are currently seeking a Quality advisor within the QSE department at Global Recruitment Blaton. The Quality advisor reports to the Quality manager and is tasked with maintaining the quality system. He/She has a significant role in the process of digitization and continual improvement within the company. Their slogan? Operational excellence!

Responsibilities:

• Help the Quality Manager develop strategies for internal growth and the implementation of digital technology.
• Facilitate internal and external forces that promote reflection and innovation within Global Recruitment Blaton.
• Travel to construction sites and different departments of the company in order to assess the degree to which they follow quality processes and assess the effectiveness of the implemented tools.
• Manage the internal audit cycle: lead the internal audit process, create the annual audit plan, and ensure the execution and follow-up of audits.
• Act as the Key User of digital technology and processes within the company: configure and manage digital technology employed within the company, while making sure it is effective.
• Oversee the quality initiatives in different departments and locations of the company, advising employees on the use of tools.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• At least ⚠ prior professional experience.
• Experience in a construction company is beneficial.
• Understanding of difficulties associated with construction projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional communication.
• Solid sense of personal organization.
