Position: QHSE Coordinator (m/v/x)

Quality:

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop an efficient quality system.
• Assist the director in preparing management reviews.
• Maintain the Quality Management system.
• Plan and attend audits.

HSE:

• Develop and execute HSE plans in conjunction with the MD.
• Assess risks associated with HSE topics.
• Increase awareness and provide training.
• Analyze data and identify enhancements.

Team Lead Service:

• Direct and inspire service technicians and warehouse manager.
• Ensure adherence to EagleBurgmann's standards.
• Implement processes and maintain the workshop.

Prevention Advisor (Psychosocial Aspects):

• Recognize psychosocial dangers and conduct risk assessments.
• Provide guidance on potential dangers and conduct therapy.
• Educate and increase awareness on well-being.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Experience in people management and Belgian HSE regulations.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Precise and enthusiastic communication style.
