About the Organization

Our clients are developers who create high-quality residential projects on the east coast. They prioritize great locations, experienced staff, and skilled subcontractors. They are currently seeking project managers for further company development.

Your Responsibilities

As a project manager, you will oversee the technical and managerial preparation of luxury apartment buildings. You will handle all aspects from obtaining building permits, requesting and selecting bids from contractors, to coordinating site deliveries. Attention to detail and strong management skills are essential.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, or architecture. A minimum of 5 years of experience in apartment construction project management is required. Fluent in Dutch with at least basic French proficiency. Proficiency in Excel, Autocad, or Vektorworks, and Revit is preferred. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and customer-oriented mindset are key attributes.
