Job description:

Are you experienced in climate and refrigeration technology? Do you enjoy managing various projects independently?

If so, then you are the perfect candidate!

We are looking for project leaders with the necessary experience and maturity for major clients specialized in climate and refrigeration technology. You will eventually join a company specialized in air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. They are responsible not only for research but also for installation and maintenance.

Your goal is to realize various projects (up to 300,000 euros) within time, quality, and budget using the right materials delivered on-site.

Description:

• Feasibility study, determination of methods and resources
• Developing a plan based on the above
• Building an appropriate team
• Briefly introducing the plan to the team at the start of the construction site
• Monitoring the entire project (financials, scheduling, and quality)

Responsibilities:

• Contact person for the team leader
• Site visits
• Ensuring efficiency and safety
• Coordinating ongoing progress
• Point of contact for the client
• Scheduling appointments and listening to needs
• Quality control on-site
• Creating construction files
• Handing over the project to the service department
• Reporting to the business framework

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (climate control, HVAC, electromechanics, ...)
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and autonomy skills
• Team player
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a significant advantage (NL/FR)

For this exciting role, you will receive a contract for 6-12 months with the possibility of extension.
