Our partner specializing in the railway sector is looking for a Project Quality and Safety Manager. Engineering Quality. Be the interface to customer quality and safety teams. Develop project quality plans and ensure their correct application during contract execution in accordance with contract requirements and Global Recruitment processes. Participate in subsystem criticality assessments to ensure the correct levels of safety and quality assurance and inspection activities for all identified CTQs. The preferred interface where project teams understand all the quality metrics required for the project (Engineering EQ, Industrial IQ, and Supplier SQ). Coach the project team in understanding quality contributions to the project. Active and coordinate project quality communities (systems and subsystems). Establish quality awareness for project planned quality activities and organize quality training when necessary. Support program audits, supplier quality system reviews and approvals, and compliance audits as required. Support Project Execution Control Project teams and PMs prepare to review and execute appropriate action plans. Report quality and safety alerts and manage nonconformities and safety issues. Ensure the quality of changes made during the project. Ensure security assessments (i.e. security clearances) are implemented correctly. ) and prepare a security permit. Control compliance of project deliverables through inspections and audits to approve presentation/delivery to clients. Ensure that all REX across all occupations considers risks and opportunities and monitors them closely to prevent incidents. Work with SQ team and/or Procurement team to ensure good synchronization and tracking of GO production and FAI activities related to SPL (Supplier Parts List) as part of RAMS. Have a supplier parts list and ensure it is created correctly for each subsystem. Ensure and improve quote quality during quote stage as required. Master's degree in Engineering with a management background, depending on the size of the project. Experience managing quality tools and problem solving tools. Understand the processes and products delivered within the project. Fluent English ability.
