Project Optimisation Manager

As a Project Optimization Manager (POM) package/product, you are responsible for managing the Project Optimization Expert product and the VIE Project Optimization package/product. Together with your team, you:

• Responsible for managing industrial trials, implementing product and packaging innovations and providing technical expertise on the industrial feasibility of innovations, responsible for refurbishment, productivity and procurement.
• Track the financial impact of trials.
• In addition, you will make and support recommendations for correct matching between raw materials and packaging (R&P) specifications on the one hand and industrial performance on the other.
• In addition, you will identify possible packaging or product optimization topics and prepare a business case for resource decisions.
• You will lead execution projects or, on a larger scale, the project workflow for a package or product.
• You will perform graphic approvals in a purpose-built tool (Esko) and leverage your expertise in packaging materials to make decisions on various changes and ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with change management standards.
• Your main point of contact will be our external suppliers of materials and you will work closely with various internal stakeholders such as the F&I team, Feasibility Manager, Procurement, Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Q&FS...

About YouYou Is this the candidate we are looking for? for?

We are looking for a new Global Recruitment employee...with a Master's degree, Packaging Industrial Engineering degree or similar experience. Applicants with experience in human resources management are preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment. Knowledge of industrial processes, project management skills are an advantage. Good knowledge of Dutch and English (spoken and written). Good knowledge of Excel and PowerBI is an advantage. Flexibility and discipline to ensure timely and compliant execution of projects. Drive change, but also be open to the changes others may bring about.
