Job Description:

• Position: Project Assistant for Terminal
• Department: Engineering and Infrastructure

As the project coordinator for the terminal, you will play an active role in successfully completing projects at the V&V Connect sites. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for guiding and monitoring projects in the final buildings. Your contribution ensures that these projects are completed within the set deadline, budget, and in line with the intended quality and industry standards.

You will support the Senior Project Manager during the planning phase, which may involve research, design, and other aspects. Effective preparation is just as important as a good mindset.

During project execution, you will act as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, such as architectural and engineering firms and subordinates. You will ensure that all activities are carried out in a compliant manner, and if issues arise, you know how to report them effectively.

You will attend site meetings with (sub)contractors and the project team to stay informed about events and the current status of the site. Reviewing technical specifications and approved financial documents is a daily task that shapes the core of your role.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in a technical role with various technical professionals is highly preferred.

You describe yourself as someone with superior communication skills and a customer-centric approach to stakeholder engagement in Dutch, French, or English? No problem for you.
