Job Description: Project Manager (Project Management)

Location: Brussels

Responsibilities:

• Manage company-wide projects in collaboration with business partners
• Act as a project manager and change manager
• Support the portfolio manager

Duties:

• Create comprehensive project plans
• Manage project lifecycle including IT and non-IT activities
• Develop change management plan and activities
• Engage internal and external stakeholders
• Address resistance to change
• Lead consortium functions
• Identify and propose improvements to methods and processes
• Develop own skills and support colleagues

Requirements:

• ⚠-⚠ years of change management experience
• Fluency in English
• Autonomous and team player
• Experience with agile project management
• Aptitude for learning new tools
