Job Description:

In our production department, raw materials are processed into filled medicines. The product goes through multiple production steps (weighing, formulation, preparation, freeze-drying, filling, capping, inspection, storage, and transportation). The manufacturing industry strives for the highest level of operational excellence in all steps. During the production process, medicines are labeled, packaged, and reach our patients through the distribution chain.

Your Tasks:

• Select, purchase, commission, and verify filling equipment (A-Z version).
• Implement new and improved existing filling equipment.
• Evaluate and select different suppliers.
• Maintain necessary contacts with suppliers.
• Prepare verification documents (ESD, VQS, plans, agreements, test scripts, reports, etc.).
• Vendor FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
• Train and instruct colleagues in the engineering, maintenance, and production departments.
• Project management (communication, planning, budget planning, etc.).

Required Profile:

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Bioengineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Good communication skills, result-oriented, pragmatic, proactive, and take ownership.
• Analytical mindset.
• Ability to report accurately and clearly.
• Project work.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in similar roles.
• Experience in a GMP environment.
