Job Description: Project Automation Engineer

Help grow the Global Recruitment Process Solution business by providing accurate and pertinent technical support to external customers as well as internal employees of Global Recruitment who maintain and provide services on Global Recruitment Process Solution systems. Actively involved in all aspects of our Global Recruitment Process Solution systems for short- and long-term projects that involve DCS, as well as assigned corrective and preventative maintenance for our customers. We are seeking a new member of the team for the role of Project Automation Engineer, this person will focus on the design and installation of hardware. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

• Develop sound and positive relationships with internal and external designated customers by providing accurate and efficient technical support.
• Answer customer questions by recognizing the problem and providing the most effective technical solution.
• Keep abreast of the technical aspects of HPS's full product line.
• Provide solutions to both historic and modern systems, as necessary.
• Answer customer questions, issues, and inquiries with confidence and relevance.
• Design the system's cabinets, arrange the cabinets in a marshaling pattern, and design the server's cabinets.
• Do calculations of power and heat using the Global Recruitment tools.
• Effectively collaborate with other members of Global Recruitment to provide customers with the most effective solutions.
• Create the necessary materials for our projects.
• Conduct site-specific surveys to provide the appropriate solution and Bill of Material.
• Purchase hardware components associated with projects. Follow up with hardware vendors as well as internal employees.
• Participate in different initiatives regarding hardware enhancements, system alterations, and additional features, both online and offline.
• Commission equipment at the site.
• Participate in projects during the Engineering, Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), and installation phases as necessary.

• Responding to customer questions in an effective and accurate manner.
