Job Description: Programme Manager, AMXL Xtra-Mile Expansion

At G&V Connect, we are always looking for new ways to shape our global enterprise. Our Programme managers facilitate the progression of our most productive ideas and facilitate the installation of all necessary components to achieve success. As you participate in different projects, you'll become familiar with our processes and will see your expertise increase. On the way, you'll collaborate with different departments at G&V Connect and observe how collaboration promotes superior performance.

Your tasks will include:

• Create roadmaps for the implementation of projects
• Brief different teams on the requirements of projects
• Set measurable and continuous goals for ongoing projects
• Document and analyze data to determine next steps
• Complete individual and group projects in different phases of the project cycle
• Partner with other organizations
• Track project progress and communicate important information to stakeholders

About the team:

G&V Connect Extra Large (AMXL) takes care of heavy goods like furniture and large appliances. Our team handles the entire service, from supply chain to delivery and return process. We provide an additional level of customer care by not only transporting large goods but also unwrapping, assembling, installing, and disposing of old goods when necessary. With a focus on safety, productivity, and innovation, we are changing the way customers shop for and receive large goods.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, engineering, finance, or another related field
• Intermediate level Excel skills
• Experience in managing programs or projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or another technical field
• Experience with SQL
