Programme Manager - Spanish Speaker

As a member of Global Recruitment, we'll welcome you to the SWA Support and Services team, which oversees the growing EU market and supports process improvements and innovation to delight our shippers and consignees. In this role, you will be required to wear multiple hats across all areas of shipping support and services (claims, tracking, and delivery; billing and payments; shipper experience and support, and shipment creation and fulfillment) and hold responsibilities Provide solutions that are scalable and flexible while being highly customer-oriented. Initiate initiatives, monitor key performance indicators and report on the status of key objectives that impact results. Use data to understand operational challenges and develop plans for continuous improvement. Work with various other departments across Global Recruitment to identify and leverage best practices. In a programmatic environment, lead multidisciplinary teams to overcome challenges and drive progress. Manage stakeholders and internal processes and define standards.
A day in the life. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and improving initiatives to keep our operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with a range of Global Recruitment colleagues to learn how they work and what you and your team can learn, as well as share your own expertise. Together you will discover exciting new opportunities and take the lead in designing their implementation. You encourage and support your team and colleagues to achieve important goals while actively seeking new, data-driven ways to do their jobs better. Your work will make a significant contribution to your team's success.

Essential Qualifications
- Degree
- Relevant experience leading cross-functional initiatives or projects using project management methods
- Relevant experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
- Relevant Possession relevant to Experience leading complex projects with a broad range of stakeholders, including your colleagues and senior managers
- Experience using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SQL in a professional environment
- Proficient in spoken and written Spanish
