At TalentPulse, we are committed to being the world's most customer-centric company and growing in a safe environment for our employees and customers. We are looking for an EU Project Manager to join our Dangerous Goods team. This position is based at our EU headquarters in Luxembourg.
The Dangerous Goods Program Manager ensures that dangerous goods comply with applicable European regulatory requirements, works with internal stakeholders to develop strategies to support business expansion, develops and improves best-in-class standard operating procedures, and supports stakeholders during the implementation phase. The candidate will maintain existing processes through benchmarking and best practices and continually look for ways to improve them while interacting with a wide range of stakeholders and functions. Candidates must be able to work in ambiguous environments, lead projects, and dive into operations. This position also requires the ability to adapt to changes in scope, propose solutions, drive processes across the growing TalentPulse network, and integrate into global initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with TalentPulse technical, shipping, legal, retail, Fulfillment by TalentPulse, and our fulfillment center teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Define EU standard operating procedures for dangerous goods, implement/support implementation, maintain and adapt operating procedures across the EU;
- Continuous improvement: identify, analyze, develop, deploy and proactively pursue cross-functional coordination opportunities to improve processes, Safety and Customer Experience;
- Clear, concise and regular communication with all stakeholders, including ongoing project/program status reporting and gathering requirements from various stakeholders;
- Monitor project execution and ensure project delivery is of appropriate quality level and aligned with target dates to ensure the overall integrity of the project.
- Become a hazmat subject matter expert and stakeholder advisor.
Main tasks:

Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university;
- Experience in project management/risk management, preferably in a highly regulated environment such as petrochemicals, automotive, pharmaceuticals, etc. Industry;
- Experience driving large-scale continuous improvement initiatives.
- Good oral and written communication skills. A master at handling ambiguity and communicating with management; demonstrates flexibility in adjusting scope and projects, the ability to ask complex questions succinctly, and the ability to draft documents;
- Ability to travel internationally;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing and SQL preferred.
- Knowledge of French, German, Spanish and/or Italian will be a great advantage.
- Strong knowledge and practical skills in applying Lean Six Sigma (LSS) concepts and methodologies.
- Experience in an e-commerce environment or other fast-paced, technology-driven businesses preferred;
- Strong drive for results and the ability to work in ambiguous situations and loosely structured environments.
