Program Manager, Transportation, Relay Supply Performance

As a Project Manager, you are an integral part of the innovation and transformation of our processes. You will spearhead the design and rollout of new programs for our clients. They monitor already running programs and find ways to improve them. This is your chance to have a major impact on some of the most exciting new ideas shaping Global Recruitment's future. Drill down into the problem and find the root cause to resolve it quickly. Report on key delivery metrics and provide insights to senior leadership. Continuously review processes to look for areas of innovation. Use data to understand operational challenges and develop plans for continuous improvement. Collaborate with other Global Recruitment employee departments to identify and leverage best practices. Manage stakeholders across the organization and execute internal processes, defining standards. Use data to create comprehensive reports and dashboards that drive structural process improvements across our teams and help reduce costs. The program requires highly predictive data analysis and communication with stakeholders to drive process improvements.

About the Team Global Recruitment wouldn't be able to ship as fast as it does without the Global Recruitment (ATS) team. You'll help make Global Recruitment shipping more efficient by using air, sea, and road transportation, as well as sorting centers equipped with the latest technology. Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree
  • Relevant experience leading cross-functional initiatives or projects using project management methods
  • Relevant experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
  • Relevant Experience leading complex projects with a broad range of stakeholders, including your colleagues and senior managers
  • Experience using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or SQL in a professional environment

Priority Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or master's degree in project management such as PRINCE⚠, Global Recruitment, PMI or similar
  • Learn about continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
  • Have experience working in a corporate environment or with a technical team
