• Launch programs and monitor metrics
• Report on the status of goals affecting deliverables
• Use data to understand operational issues
• Create initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Oversee planning, implementation, and improvement of initiatives
• Collaborate closely with various Global Recruitment colleagues
• Recognize new opportunities and develop plans for implementation

About the Team: ATS EU Intermodal

ATS EU Intermodal is affiliated with the Surface Transportation organization in the EU, dedicated to providing transportation solutions through Intermodal transportation methods. Implement programs to measure performance, report on deliverables, understand operational difficulties, and propose improvement methods. Lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with colleagues, and seek new data-based approaches.

About the Team: Global Recruitment Transportation Service (ATS)

As part of ATS, work in a diverse team facilitating transportation through various methods. Utilize data for decision-making, prioritize safety, and transport packages efficiently and sustainably.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with MS Office suite and/or SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Understanding of Six Sigma or Lean
• Experience with operational environment or technical teams
