• Provides additional levels of customer care

Basic Qualifications:

1. A degree of Relevance
2. Experience leading programs or projects
3. Understanding of project management methods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Higher education or advanced degree in Project Management
• Experience with operational or technical teams
