Job Description: Production Safety Engineer

Our client is widely known for its film and photography-related products. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Production Safety Engineer to join their team.

As a Production Safety Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the EH&S team to ensure compliance with safety laws and regulations related to products. Your responsibilities will include creating, maintaining, and enhancing various compliance topics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and implementing safety laws related to products
• Participating in EHS projects for SDS and label system integration
• Ensuring compliance with REACH and similar regulations
• Collaborating with international colleagues and technical experts
• Supporting Business department on compliance-related matters
• Promoting internal communication and training on compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in (bio)chemical field
• Minimum ⚠ years of experience in a compliance environment
• Familiarity with European product regulations, especially REACH and CLP
• International experience is a plus
• Effective communication skills in Dutch and English
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Team player with a sharp mindset
