Job Description: Production Planning Analyst at E&M Agency
At E&M Agency, providing our customers with exceptional experiences is of paramount importance. The Production Planning Team ensures that E&M Agency's Fulfillment Centers have comprehensive and cost-effective labor plans while also innovating in multiple areas in an attempt to improve the customer's experience.
You will collaborate with stakeholders and data sources to propose ongoing daily staffing plans and permanent shifts in all of our European Fulfillment Centers. We seek a dedicated, analytical, and technical individual who will spend all of their time analyzing and improving the technicality and accuracy of the planning process.
- Analyzing and improving the technicality and accuracy of the planning process.
- Supporting network planning through analytical background.
- Collaborating with multiple organizations such as FC leadership, HR, finances, supply chain, and transportation.
- Communicating with and influencing businesses and finances.
- Assisting with forecasting of input prices using trend analysis and statistical models.
- Planning production, cost optimization, and service optimization.
Additionally, you must analyze and solve business problems with a focus on understanding data discrepancies, their causes, and the potential opportunities they present. You must communicate complex analysis to both stakeholders and business leaders, both spoken and written.
- Participating in global initiatives that promote operational and production planning.
- Proposing, developing, and promoting process improvements and standardization across all company locations.
- Remote communication via E&M Agency Technologies with EU/worldwide teams.
The perfect candidate should have a background that is analytical, which will help them support network planning and demonstrate the capacity to consider their role in the larger context of operational endeavors.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or another relevant field.
- Beneficial to have the ability to automate tools as appropriate.
