Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and advising the production team (10 to 50 employees) and providing training when necessary
• Responsibility for optimizing production. Defining and developing new projects are part of your daily tasks to ensure quality and process efficiency
• Analysing employee performance over time and making improvement suggestions
• Handling planning, work preparation, and tasks
• Reporting to the production manager, so your input is highly valued

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in technology or science or equivalent through experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a production environment
