  • Establish the vision and convert the customer's experience into objectives
  • Define and develop the team's Use strategy based on the information shared by the customer and/or determined by the market
  • Ensure that the definition of the acceptance criteria is consistent with the requirements of "user experience" to be attained
  • Help the members of the Squad learn how to coach a mixed-disciplinary team (Squad)
  • Describe the abilities necessary to create a high-performing team of experts that will deliver the "User Experience" desired by the customer or defined by the market
  • Understanding the customer and the market's needs is crucial
  • Cooperate and talk to customers (low to medium complexity) about their needs, expectations and troubles with the user experience
  • Help the B⚠B customer

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Significant experience (⚠+ years) in Customer Project Management
  2. Exceptional communication skills
  3. Proficiency in studying customer behaviors
  4. Proactive problem-solving abilities
  5. Project Management skills
  6. Experience in the agile workplace
