About the position:

  • Establishing the goals for customer satisfaction and the resulting customer service strategy.
  • Watch the various metrics and collaborate with different internal departments on plans to achieve results.
  • Help a multi-faceted team or group by functional means.
  • Help customers identify their needs, expectations, and troubles with the user experience.
  • Help customers during the integration process.
  • Increase and improve the digital and self-service capabilities of the company.
  • Define and execute clear and efficient processes regarding customer resolution and complaint management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • The position requires a significant amount of experience (⚠+ years) in Customer Satisfaction Project Management.
  • Communication and Cooperation: Exceptional communication skills.
  • Skills: Proficiency in studying specific customer behaviors.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: The proactive approach to addressing issues.
  • Project Management: The capacity to manage budgets and prioritize tasks.
  • Innovative approach: Past experience in creating new services or enhancing existing services.
  • Linguistic skills: A proficiency in English, Dutch, and French is necessary.
