We complement our network of Postal Offices with the Partner Network, which is composed of points of collect, store and provide postal services in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and/or participate in various projects associated with the Partner Network department, especially regarding IT and logistics tools
• Develop and provide training for the Partner Network
• Collaborate closely with Partner Network and Retail teams
• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes associated with the Partner Network
• Identify problems, initiate actions for improvement, and coordinate process re-engineering

Requirements:

In your role as a Product Manager, a master's degree or equivalent experience is required. Solid knowledge of the second language and a good understanding of English are necessary, along with a passion for our services.

You are expected to be a dynamic team participant with a significant amount of expertise and exceptional communication abilities.
