Services now include: ancillary services (FCR, aFRR, mFRR), energy markets, congestion management, load shifting, etc. As a team member, you will contribute to the sustainable low-carbon energy sector by enabling distributed assets to become real players in the sustainable low-carbon energy sector. Energy transition. As a product manager, you are responsible for the design and management of new developments. This ranges from designing the products our IT team will develop to shaping Global Recruitment's offerings in emerging market segments such as batteries, e-boilers, wind/solar and electric vehicles. You will become an in-house expert on the value-add opportunities, technical features and business cases for these new technologies. You will leverage this expertise, strategic vision and on-site commercial discussions with customers and partners to develop/expand Global Recruitment's product offering and improve Global Recruitment's market positioning in these new technologies. They will continue to pursue these new technologies and engage in commercial discussions to expand Global Recruitment’s business. Depending on your interests, you can develop further in the IT or business part of product development.

Your role: You are a member of the Cross-Border Products department. Work with country managers, portfolio managers and product teams to design and scale new functionality and energy services that will be developed by the IT team. This includes creating feature descriptions, product documentation, and presentations. You will manage incoming development requests and track the growth of our IT team. This may include participating in various Agile rituals such as daily stand-ups, review meetings, and planning. Manage development backlog. You will become an expert on the value-added possibilities, technical features and business scenarios of new technologies. You will identify and select appropriate products/models to respond to market needs, enhance flexibility with new technologies, and work with our sales team to help create product packages. Start and conduct business discussions about new technologies. Stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies in the energy sector to ensure our products remain competitive.

Your skills and profile: You combine strong analytical thinking with a commercial mindset. You have a strong interest in both the energy industry and technology. Proficient in English, Dutch or French. Strong written and oral communication skills. You approach challenges proactively and have a "can-do" mentality. You are flexible, not afraid to think outside the box, and enjoy sharing your knowledge. You are results-oriented and have a pragmatic, professional attitude. Preferably you have product management or business development experience. Experience with data analysis (Python, SQL, etc.).
