Job Description: Product Manager at Global Recruitment

You'll lead the development of new products for our customers. You will also take charge of existing product programs and find ways to enhance them. Launch products, measure performance, and report on the status of goals that affect deliverables. Use data to understand the operational difficulties and create continuous improvement initiatives. Work with multiple different departments at Global Recruitment to identify and utilize effective practices. As a product manager, you will lead a team of experts in overcoming obstacles and achieving progress. You'll collaborate closely with various Global Recruitment colleagues in order to understand how they function, and what you and your teams can learn, as well as possessing your own expertise.

Together, you'll recognize new opportunities that are exciting, and you'll be the leader in developing a plan to implement them. You will promote and endorse your teams and associates in meeting important goals, while actively seeking out new, data-based approaches that could be improved. Your efforts will be crucial to the success of your team.

About the team: Global Recruitment Transportation Service (ATS)

Global Recruitment couldn't achieve the desired speed without the Global Recruitment Transportation Service (ATS) team. As part of ATS, you'll be incorporated into a diverse team that has a significant role in our success. Using air, sea and road transportation, as well as sorting centers that have the most recent technology, you'll facilitate the transportation of Global Recruitment's goods at the greatest efficiency. Our team acquires data and employs it to make decisions. They are essential to making Global Recruitment more creative and effective. We prioritize safety over other aspects, including people, the priority is getting packages to their destination in a swift, convenient and environmentally friendly manner.

Basic Qualifications:

• Degree of Relevant Experience in Product Management
• Use project management methods, data, or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
