Product Management Coordinator
The Global Recruitment team in our Ghent office is currently looking for a Product Management Coordinator. As Product Management Coordinator you will be part of the organization core and coordinate projects related to the strategic product roadmap. This includes managing new product launches, changes to formulation or packaging and overseeing product lifecycle management. You will work closely with your team members, cross-functional teams and key customers , to ensure successful project delivery.
Your role:
You will act as a project manager and be responsible for required or required product introductions and changes. This includes working with cross-functional teams to determine the impact of product introductions/changes, coordinating changes, working with internal and Liaise with external stakeholders, enter accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) into the system, and serve as liaison to Schoten's production facilities. During this process, you can use the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) methodology to ensure compliance with IATF standards and compliance with safety data Sheet (SDS). You determine the impact of product launches and changes from a strategic, economic, and technical feasibility perspective. They calculate the cost of new products or changes and provide input for correct business decisions. You coordinate and organize all stakeholders Regular project meetings with stakeholders (Production, Sales, Operations, Technology, etc.) to track status, anticipate possible issues, review project variants and manage changes.
You will create and maintain the Global Recruitment product roadmap and adapt it to market changes and Product Strategy Review. You will work closely with your business and technical team leaders to prioritize product development to ensure Global Recruitment's future and long-term growth. You will perform all management tasks required to launch new or customized products, including Create new projects with accurate specifications in SAP. You manage the EPC cost process for the European part of the company. You perform monthly allocations of EPC product calculation runs and assign them to the sales team.
Requirements:
You have a bachelor's or master's degree, although chemistry background is An advantage. For this position, project management skills and experience interacting with production houses are essential. Your experience in product launch, PLM and product marketing is an advantage. You have professional experience in SAP (PRD/MM) and good Excel Skills (functions and formulas, pivot tables). Customer focus, personal responsibility, accuracy, and analytical and critical thinking are important to success in this position. You can communicate fluently in Dutch and English (oral and written). You live in Belgium.
