Job Description: Program Manager of Performance Management Team

As the Program Manager of the Performance Management team in the transportation sector, you will oversee the performance of the Middle Mile transportation system.

Your responsibilities include:

• Create large-scale programs and products to enhance customer experience
• Evaluate and discuss transportation system effectiveness
• Improve networks for ATS
• Assess trade-offs of SOPs and create reporting mechanisms
• Collaborate with development teams, make project decisions, and maintain a strategic perspective
• Communicate tactical plans and implement reporting mechanisms for specific customer experiences

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation or Supply Chain
• High volume of logistics, manufacturing, or engineering experience
• Project Management expertise
• Proficiency in data analysis and metrics
• Deep understanding of Excel and querying relational data using SQL

Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, proficiency in Python or other programming languages, and experience with metrics, process improvement, and Lean principles.
