Process Improvement Specialist Concessions, EU ATS Network Operations

L&DV Staffing's global mid-mile business is growing. As a Chartered Process Improvement Specialist, you will streamline and improve our processes. You will work with the management team to help us achieve a range of operational objectives to ensure we meet our customers' high demands for customer experience, quality and speed of delivery. Offers (customer refunds) are one of the most customer-centric and complex areas of our business. This dynamic role provides many opportunities to continue learning every day. Gain insights from data and combine it with field observations and stakeholder feedback to identify inefficiencies in current operations and generate ideas for cross-site process improvements. Actively drive key process improvement initiatives to improve the customer experience while making our processes more efficient and provide data-driven solutions to create change that will lead to long-term improvements. Manage all aspects of project planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication and implementation planning. Interact, coordinate, and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across L&DV Staffing operations and technology teams. Manage communications with senior stakeholders. Support operations to sustainably achieve short-term goals as needed while advancing long-term plans. Write and review strategy documents.

A Day in the Life

As a Process Improvement Manager, you'll be at the forefront of improving L&DV Staffing's logistics - and for the ATS Concessions team, that means improving our processes so that we can provide a great experience for our customers. You will be responsible for the premium customer experience performance of our mid-mile network. Part of your role is to identify where processes can be improved, using data to identify opportunities to improve and audit processes. Another part of your role is to recommend changes and use your project management and stakeholder management skills to introduce new processes.

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in business, supply chain, transport, economics or technology
• Relevant experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
• Relevant experience Communicate with various stakeholders, including your colleagues and managers.
