Job Description:

The Process Improvement Manager, Surface Transportation, and the EU ATS N&A Link goal is to be the Earth's most customer-oriented company, people can find and explore any virtual items they want to purchase online. At N&A Link, providing exceptional experiences for customers is of the utmost importance, as a result, our team attempts to make our processes as efficient as possible in order to achieve this. In the transportation sector, we enhance the customer experience by improving the complex motion of goods to customers across Europe. As the Program Manager of the Performance Management team, you will have charge of the performance of the Middle Mile transportation system. You will create large-scale programs and products that have a positive effect on our customers. Review the middle mile's overall performance, including the air network, transportation surface and sortation network, as well as define the relationship between cost and customer experience. Be directly involved in the delivery of critical business goals. Plan all aspects of the project's management, including risk management, communication, and implementation. Communicate with the higher ups. Communicate with the operational and technical leadership of N&A Link to ensure global consistency. Help with the development teams, be involved in making decisions about projects, and maintain a strategic perspective while achieving tactical goals. Write and review strategic documents that concern the key product development processes from design to release. We are open to accepting candidates from Luxembourg, LUX

The ideal candidate for this position should have the following: a passion for improving and enhancing the Customer Experience. Describe and analyze the data, then isolate the issues, develop solutions, focus on the opportunities, and improve the network. You must have a passion for improving the customer experience, and possess the ability to influence and earn the trust of others. Additionally, you must have a record of delivering results in an aggressive and ambiguous work environment. Ensure mechanisms are employed to measure success. Remain flexible regarding priorities, and open to new ideas. This is the IC role that is intended for advertisements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in transportation or supply chain management
  • High-volume logistics, manufacturing, or engineering experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience with data and metrics
  • Deep understanding of Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to query relational data using SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher proficiency in Python or another programming language
  • Track record of improving supply chain processes
  • Implementation of cutting-edge logistics tools
