Process Improvement Manager Concessions, EU ATS Customer Experience


G&P Connect's global mid-mile business is growing. As a Process Improvement Manager, you will streamline and improve our processes. You will work with the management team to help us achieve a range of operational objectives to ensure we meet our customers' high demands for customer experience, quality and delivery speed. Offers (customer refunds) are one of the most customer-centric and complex areas of our business. This dynamic role provides many opportunities to continue learning every day. Gain insights from data and combine it with field observations and stakeholder feedback to identify inefficiencies in current operations and generate ideas for cross-site process improvements. Actively drive key process improvement initiatives to improve the customer experience while making our processes more efficient and provide data-driven solutions to create change that will lead to long-term improvements. Manage all aspects of project planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication and implementation planning. Interact, coordinate, and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across G&P Connect operations and technology teams. Manage communications with senior stakeholders. Support operations to sustainably achieve short-term goals as needed while advancing long-term plans. Write and review strategy documents.

A Day in the Life As a Process Improvement Manager, you'll be at the forefront of improving G&P Connect's logistics - and for the ATS Concessions team, that means improving our processes so that we can provide a great experience for our customers. You will be responsible for the premium customer experience performance of our mid-mile network. Part of your role is to identify where processes can be improved, using data to identify opportunities to improve and audit processes. Another part of your role is to recommend changes and use your project management and stakeholder management skills to introduce new processes.

Basic qualifications

  • Degree in business administration, supply chain, transport, economics or technology.
  • Demonstrated experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with a variety of stakeholders, including your peers and managers.

Priority Qualifications

  • There are no priority eligibility requirements to apply for a job at G&P Connect. If you meet all of the above basic qualifications, we'd love to hear from you.
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques.
  • Experience using supporting tools such as Minitab, JMP, MS Excel, and MS Access.
