Braine-l'Alleud - Leading the DSP team in the day-to-day tasks from the conclusion of the detailed design with automation of the document to the end of the first production run

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) is mandatory, as is a strong background in the manufacturing DSP process (downstream) equipment (Single use filtration skids, Single use Chromatography skids, Single use UFDF and VRF, Single use mixer) and a background in mass balance. The capacity to act as a technical process expert during HAZOP (Hazard and Global Recruitment study) / QRA (Quality risk analysis) / FMEA knowledge during qualification and validation approaches (particularly ASTM E⚠) is highly pertinent. Experience in large, complex projects as well as both formal and informal leadership/ coordination regarding the URS

Review the URS provided by the Engineering Office in order to ensure all User requirements are fully addressed. Included in the URS are all technical requests that are specific to the commissioning and testing of the device.

DETAILED DESIGN

Provide Engineering offices with the relevant standards Review PFD and P&ID Reviews and participate in the technical specifications and datasheets from Engineering Reviews functionally for automation and participate in the safety, sustainability and green assessment of the design. Following and challenging the engineering office's technical solutions. Maintain his expertise by keeping up-to-date on new technology. Keep abreast. The documentation strategy organizes the training of the final user in their field of expertise and provides technical documentation that is relevant to the final user to complete the Hand-over.
