Your Tasks:

• Overseeing the entire packaging department's operations on a daily basis.
• Working with line operators to control and adjust machines through electricity (bunkers, optical scanners, bags, cartoning, labelling, and robots).
• Maintaining the correct configurations and operations of the packaging machines and inspiring colleagues to propose solutions.
• Observing and evaluating the progress and results of the packaging installation.
• Implementing a plan to address disruptions by locating and identifying issues.
• Engaging with colleagues and suppliers to seek improvements in the packaging process.
• Direct communication with the technical director.
