Global Recruitment Chain Managers play a central role in our global operations. They ensure our complex international supply chains operate smoothly and efficiently. As a Principal Supply Chain Development Manager (SCM), you will work closely with multiple stakeholders at Global Recruitment, from the operations team that fulfills customer orders to the retail team and everything in between.

They help us optimize our supply chain, provide a better customer experience, and make our company more energy efficient and cost-effective. Define supply chains and operating models for different companies. Analyze and interpret data to improve efficiency throughout the supply chain and multiple operations.

Work with the team to provide advice and resolve operational challenges. Support the planning and organization of complex projects. Define the data-based product approach and how it works. Resolve mission-critical and ongoing issues. Actively eliminate bottlenecks. Establish scalable mechanisms and best practices. Leverage network planning knowledge to influence future tool and feature improvements. Communicate and drive long-term plans and proactively identify gaps and opportunities. Own mid-term AMXL EU end-to-end topology and creation and review of Plan of Record (PoR) documents. Develop and implement ideas to drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, adding value and driving automation. Define roles and responsibilities of multidisciplinary teams and optimize planning processes.

A Day in the Life

Being a lead supply chain manager at Global Recruitment involves solving a lot of problems. You will work with a range of teams to address the challenges posed by situations affecting our network. You spend time solving temporary problems and focusing on the big picture to drive Global Recruitment toward new goals. This role is both proactive and reactive, and you'll have the opportunity to help forecast and plan new projects.

As a Principal Supply Chain Manager, you will be required to assist with field tasks and more tactical work. No two days will be the same. You could spend one day helping define our supply chain and operating model and the next helping resource plan the site for busy periods. Your role is diverse, which means you learn something new every day. This position is based at one of our European headquarters. You have the flexibility to choose where you work or occasionally work remotely.

Global Recruitment Extra Large (AMXL) handles heavy items such as large appliances and furniture. Our team manages the end-to-end supply chain from order fulfillment to deliveries and returns. Not only do we deliver large items, we also unpack, assemble and install them, and take away older items if necessary. Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management
• Experience implementing repeatable processes
• Experience driving automation or standardization
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to identify improvements

• Degree or MBA in a science, technology, engineering or mathematics related discipline
• Have intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Chinese language
• Relevant experience in a supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or transportation planning position
• Experience using data visualization software such as Tableau or Quicksight
