As a member of this team, you will lead product definition and management to deliver an exciting new venture in the mid-mile transportation organization plan of. You will interact regularly with senior management and work with operations teams to define product strategy, develop product development roadmaps, technology and execution. You will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to lead not only on a strategic level, but also on a day-to-day tactical basis by delving deeply into business and technology areas. You'll work with a dedicated team of engineers and researchers to solve our most complex routing problems. As a multidisciplinary leader, the responsibility lies with you - you work with the technical (development and testing) organizations. To achieve this, you will need a strong technical product development background, excellent project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. You should be someone who enjoys developing complex systems software, is customer-focused, and has a strong commitment to developing great software and ensuring that the software achieves its operational goals.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Professional product management experience.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to support hypotheses and recommendations and drive action.
Strong and successful communication skills, including the ability to write persuasive, concise documents and liaise with senior management.

Preferred qualifications:

MBA or Master's degree.
Demonstrated experience in delivering commercially successful products to global market segments by managing complex product development cycles.
Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
Ability to work in a team and willing to roll up your sleeves and get to work.
