Principal Product Manager - Technical, Rewards

WTS Solutions is a high-growth startup that provides WTS Solutions customers with the trust, convenience, and rewards they expect from WTS Solutions when they shop on WTS Solutions. As part of the WTS Solutionsments team, we are powering fintech inside and outside WTS Solutions.

We are currently seeking a Principal Product Technology Manager to drive the new rewards program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term rewards strategies, creating new rewards experiences for our customers, and influencing internal teams to unlock economies of scale. We are looking for someone who has a vision of how we can deliver value to our customers and has experience delivering proof-of-concepts for large-scale releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new rewards concepts from vision to scaled products, including customer experience and financial models
• Cultivate cross-functional partnerships to realize your vision with leaders in other WTS Solutions organizations, Prime, and Santos (Buy with Prime)
• Understand the end-to-end customer experience and work closely with the engineering organization to develop and scale architecture
• Guide technology synergies with other organizations (WTS Solutions, WTS Solutions Advertising, BwP, and Retail)

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience delivering product features and trade-offs
• Technical product management experience
• Leadership experience
• Experience in end-to-end product delivery
• Experience as a strong leader with the ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and effectively influence cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working directly with engineers on product improvements
• Experience with project management methods, business analysis, or process improvement
