As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product roadmap for customer and partner experience. This opportunity will enable you to shape our future investments in AI ERP, focusing on end-to-end processes and industries to enable partners and customers to optimally run their businesses. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related business discipline
  • Extensive functional and technical experience in Dynamics AX/F&O
  • Extensive experience in Dynamics AX/F&O implementation or equivalent global ERP solution to enable end-to-end business
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the process
  • Expert (pre-sales) sales experience in the Dynamics channel and its ecosystem, preferably across multiple market segments
  • Good record-keeping and interaction skills
  • Understand complex customer concepts and communicate clearly and convincingly across different audiences and levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep business process and ecosystem knowledge in one or more industries (Manufacturing, Professional Services, Retail/CPG...)
  • Experience creating an engaging seller community
  • Developer experience with PowerPlatform
  • Applicants with Global Recruitment development experience are preferred

This position is based in Europe with our team members working in a remote working environment as well as from office locations in Ireland and Denmark, giving you the flexibility to define your working location with us from our office locations or remotely in the Central European time zone.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Market Trends: Map current market trends from an industry perspective into our portfolio, understand market dynamics and recognize how emerging trends can become growth opportunities or impact our position.

Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape (global and regional players). Identify our strengths and weaknesses by analyzing their products and guiding future improvements, focusing on business value and scale.

Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback and usage to understand their needs and challenges. Work closely with key accounts, field sales, FastTrack, Customer Success and GBB teams to gather insights including adoption (challenges) and identify areas for product improvement.

Based on market research (market trends, competitive analysis and customer feedback), develop product strategies to meet scalable customer needs and align with our growth goals. Create a strategic plan (including executive summary, vision and business goals, core values, SWOT analysis, strategy, KPIs, industry analysis, competitive analysis, and financial forecasts) to define what the team must do to achieve company goals. Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on a variety of data sources using a variety of tools and techniques to drive design and roadmap decisions. Connect and leverage marketing, solution delivery and data analytics to create structured input for future product improvements.

Work with Marketing and Product Managers to create compelling product messaging and positioning statements that communicate our unique features, benefits and business value to other segments and industries, helping the department confidently communicate its value proposition to customers. Establish feedback loops with GSI and partner support teams to ensure consistency at scale. Communicate our product vision to internal and external stakeholders (meetings, SIs, partners, ISVs, analysts, consulting). Participate in executive briefings with strategic accounts and take an active role in client meetings. Partner with the Sales Enablement and Marketing teams to provide field sales associates with necessary training and sales materials, such as demonstrations, product demos, and case studies, to increase sales associate productivity and achieve higher success rates.
