Job Title: Prevention Consultant/HSE Engineer - DYMO

Location: Saint-Nicolas, Belgium

Reports to: QSHE Manager

Job Overview

As a Prevention Consultant/HSE Engineer you will provide day-to-day advice and information to the Plant Manager and their team based on our highly automated facility in Saint-Nicolas. Legal requirements for production sites, addressing all health, safety and environmental issues. You will become a member of the Committee (CPBW). You will drive a high performance culture to achieve zero security risk.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enforce safety and environmental programs.
• Identify health and safety risks.
• Make recommendations for improvements to improve execution and safety awareness.
• Contact person for government and official inspections. Head of IDPBW.
• Informs and advises the Plant Manager on all safety issues.
• Drive the company's security program.
• Manage compliance with NWL rules and all safety and environmental legal obligations.
• Report all accidents and incidents using available procedures, train the organization on relevant safety and environmental issues, maintain and improve HSE documentation, participate in compliance, safety and ISO ⚠ and ISO ⚠ audits, drive sustainability initiatives on site, report Environmental Internal and External Data

Minimum Requirements:

• Technical training, Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electronics.
• Minimum of ⚠-⚠ years of extensive experience as a "Secondary Prevention Consultant".
• Understand ARAB, AREI, health and safety regulations.
• Proficient in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
