Main responsibilities and duties:
- Qualify, develop, and maintain a thorough understanding of the company and product, research the usefulness of our solutions, and identify how they can be of value to customers.
- Comprehend the needs of customers and propose solutions with our technology and services.
- Participate in the preparation of RFI and RFQ, technical proposals, bids, and solutions.
- Complete incisive and intricate market research that identifies new opportunities.
- Create leads and expand existing relationships, maintain a comprehensive, accurate list of opportunities, and cultivate a base of customers.
- Describe potential business and technical partners who could help our company grow.
- Use the 🔗 software to facilitate standard sales procedures in all stages of development.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of opportunities that will provide a long-term view.
- Complete the quarterly and annual processes of closing.
Commercial or technical degree with at least ⚠ years of experience in sales/business development that involves the selling of complex and additional value solutions (hardware, software, services) across the international landscape. Previous experience with the Bélgica and/or Netherlands public procurement process is necessary.
Preference coming from the energy sector, they propose solutions that can be used by companies, utilities, municipalities, and governments to enhance their daily or long-term capabilities. Love of sales, the ability to generate new leads, cultivate relationships with officials in the public sector, and close deals. exceptional ability to convince others and maintain a successful business relationship.
Wonderful team spirit and communication, between individuals, as well as between organizations. Fluent English and Dutch are necessary, while French is highly recommended.
A driving license is necessary.
