Responsibilities include:

1. Supervision of safe and efficient operation of satellite plants
2. Evaluation and implementation of plant improvements
3. Collaboration with operations team and engineering disciplines
4. Identification and resolution of underperforming plants
5. Execution of maintenance tasks and shutdown procedures

Requirements:

• Chemical Engineering degree or related field
• ⚠+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on approach
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in Dutch, English, and French
